We often check our phones for notifications before we check our own bodies for signals. This Body Scan is your gatekeeper.

  • Deep Breath: Acknowledging you are alive and present.
  • Stretch: Taking up space and releasing the tension of survival mode.
  • Love: Telling your body “thank you” for carrying you through the mission.

The First Win: The Bed

Making the bed is the first completed task of the day. It’s a small, external reflection of the order you’ve created internally. It says that no matter what happens out there, you have a sanctuary to return to.
